Fantastic trip – Our group is a difficult group to control and please.  I thought Alberto and Marco did a great job of learning the group’s strengths and weaknesses and then adjusting as needed.  The hotels and refugios where perfect.  The taxi’s (and the drivers) were very nice and always on time.  The only issue was the via ferratas.  The group thought they’d all be able to do these without any issues to the skill level.  Alberto and Marco handled things well when they had to tell some of the group that they would not be doing the tougher via ferratas.  This should have been discussed before the trip.  The videos on the website (and the ones sent to us before the trip) make it look like everyone will be able to do their own pace and skill level of via ferreting.  This was not the case.  Again, Alberto and Marco handled things well.  However, they should not have been put in that situation and everyone should have been able to do a via ferrata that matched their skill level. 

Again, it was a wonderful trip and everything was handled very well.  Thanks so much!
