Visit Cereda Pass

Covered in part by the Dolomite Highway, Cereda Pass, or Passo Cereda, is located between the Italian provinces of Belluno and Trentino in the southern Dolomites.  It connects Fiera di Primiero with Agordo.  There are quite a few ways to access the pass and it is usually included in itineraries as a connection between the Rolle Pass and the Duran Pass.

Unlike its nearby counterparts, the Cereda Pass lacks spectacular panoramas but instead contains some lovely green valleys, lush forests and traditional Alpine atmosphere.  It begins in the quaint, friendly little mountain village of Gosaldo and can be used as an access point to several other area passes, villages and attractions.  If you’re looking for a nice, quiet location that isn’t heavily frequented by tourists, but offers a true mountain village feel, Cereda Pass is the perfect destination.
