Michelin-Star Cuisine in the Dolomites

The recipes are designed with the theme “Wood Flavours” in mind, with world-renowned gourmet chefs using the best South Tyrolean products to prepare unforgettable cuisine.  Each mountain hut is assigned a different dish accompanied by an exquisite South Tyrolean wine to compliment it perfectly.  The upcoming schedule is as follows:
