Visit Tre Croci Pass

Positioned at an altitude of 1809 meters (5,935') above sea level, the Tre Croci Pass, or Passo Tre Croci, adjoins Cortina d’Ampezzo with the road between Dobbiaco and Auronzo di Cadore.  To the north is the Monte Cristallo, and over the pass lie a number of popular Dolomite trails.

So lovely are the views and scenery from this mountain pass that famed artist Oskar Kokoschka portrayed the area in one of his popular oil paintings.  The pass offers access to several downhill and cross-country ski trails and incredible opportunities for walking and hiking in the nearby area of Cortina d’Ampezzo during warmer seasons.  There’s plenty to do and see there regardless of time of year.
