Trip Overview

Are you ready for an adventure that will take your breath away? If you're short on time but crave an experience that will stay with you forever, this itinerary is the perfect choice. Discover the awe-inspiring beauty of Val di Fassa and learn about the Ladin people's unwavering dedication to preserving their land. Marvel at the stunning Dolomitic peaks of Alpe di Siusi, where the sun-kissed peaks and verdant green pastures create a paradise-like setting. Imagine the most extensive mountain pasture in Europe transformed into a single, precious, and multicolored carpet of flowers. Experienced mountain bikers will relish the challenge of rugged terrain on different trails daily, with plenty of opportunities to refuel with hearty lunches at traditional mountain huts. And for those who prefer to take it easy, e-biking with pedal-assist technology provides a comfortable and effortless way to explore the terrain. No matter what you choose, the unique atmosphere of the mountain rifugios, considered the best in the Alps, will leave a lasting impression on your heart. Be sure to book your trip and experience this once-in-a-lifetime journey for yourself.

Why E-Bike in the Dolomite Mountains?
Always wanted to mountain bike in the Dolomites, but not sure you’re up to the challenge? Then why not try e-biking! E-bikes – or electric-bikes – look like, pedal like, and handle like regular bicycles, but they have a re-chargeable electric motor to help you out. You just set your e-bike on the amount of assistance you want – from a little to a lot, pedal just like you would on a regular bike, and off you go! And imagine your uphill rides being just as relaxed as your downhill ones; on an e-bike, you can go further and explore more terrain that you might be able on your own.

Please note that all of our Biking Itineraries can be completed with either a mountain bike or an e-bike. The choice is yours!

Want to learn more about our Mountain Inns & Rifugi?
Rifugios – or mountain huts in English – are the classic accommodation for hikers, climbers, mountaineers, and ski mountaineers in the Alps. Set in spectacular locations high in the Dolomites, rifugios are accessible only on foot (with a few exceptions that are reachable by car). These marvelous establishments are open primarily in the summer, with a select few in winter, and offer meals and sleeping facilities.

The Dolomite rifugios are considered the best in the Alps. While some are dormitory style with bunk beds, many meet the standard of a simple guest house with private rooms and en-suite bathrooms, and each has its own unique character and charm. Bedding and linens are provided, hot showers are available, and meals are served in common dining areas – like a small mountain inn set high in the mountains with the most incredible vistas in the Dolomites. Whether you’re hiking in summer or skiing in winter, an overnight rifugio stay is not to miss on a Dolomite holiday.
