On this tour of the north-eastern Italian regions of Veneto and Trentino, you’ll have a rare opportunity to learn more about the drink, the history, and culture of the region, as well as to meet the winemakers, and the generations of family that are involved in the business.
Not only will you learn the difference between how still and sparkling wines are made, you’ll discover that there are a variety of ways to produce sparkling wine, and the difference between the Prosecco and the Metodo Classico methods. By the end fo the trip, you’ll be able to recognize which type of sparkling wine you are drinking!
