Paul Felix Rigo

Paul Felix Rigo was born in 1987 in Brunico. Growing up on a small farm in the nearby Pieve di Marebbe, Val Badia, Paul developed a deep connection to the mountains and has always admired the magnificent peaks surrounding his home.

Paul studied philosophy and theology at the University of Brixen and later studied psychology at Hall in Tirol. His educational background laid a strong foundation for his career, shaping his understanding of human behavior and interpersonal relationships.
While Paul's primary job is leadership and business coaching, he has also carved out a niche for himself as a guide. He began guiding clients in 2013 and received his guiding certification in 2015 through the AVS Tourenleiter Ausbildung program.
An aspirant Wanderleiter since 2023, Paul specializes in activities such as climbing courses, via ferrata for kids, and hiking tours. He sees guiding not merely as a hobby but as a way to share his love for the mountains, emphasizing that we are all part of the natural world around us. He believes the Dolomites possess a unique, almost mythical spirit that resonates with visitors, helping them connect with their true selves. His favorite hike, the Pichl-Kante on the Sassolungo, exemplifies the beauty of his beloved region, and he often encourages others to experience it firsthand.

Paul embodies a philosophy of embracing the present and the beauty of the world surrounding us. His journey as a guide and a family man continues to inspire those who encounter him, as he shares the wonders of the Dolomites.
