The charming Staulanza Pass connects the Cadore valley in the north with the Zoldo valley in the south.  Within the pass there are some accommodations including rifugios, restaurants and bars, all surrounded by the captivating and awe-inspiring Dolomite Mountains which rise up above the area.  Here you’ll enjoy magnificent panoramic views and unforgettable mountain experiences.

Winter brings plenty of alpine skiing, snowshoeing, mountaineering and more.  In the warmer months there are traditional mountain activities of hiking, trekking and cycling as well as naturalistic and historical sites to visit from ancient burial sites to preserved dinosaur tracks. Bicyclists love the Staulanza Pass for its many serpentine paths and exhilarating hairpin twists and turns.
