Sesto is located 1,310m / 4,298’ above sea level at the exit of the South Tyrolean Puster Valley. It is a climbing paradise near the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, a spacious climbing hall; it has wonderful ski and cross-country areas available directly from the town center, innumerable hiking and mountain-bike routes, idyllic lakes and rivers, cultural sites and many gourmet variations that offer fantastic adventures and recreation.

In the morning meet your local English speaking UIAGM/IFMGA Mountain Guide for a trip briefing and equipment check, to rent gear (if needed), and to receive your Dolomiti Superski Skipass. You’ll discuss with your guide/representative the group’s skiing abilities and interests, and plan your exciting days skiing in the Dolomites!
A real snow paradise awaits you at easternmost resort of the Dolomiti Superski area, Alta Pusteria, set at the foot of the largest natural sundial made up by five Dolomite peaks: Cima Nove, Cima Dieci, Cima Undici, Cima Dodici and Cima Una. Here 82 kilometers (50.9 miles) of marvelous slopes with 31 lift facilities turn the breathtaking mountain world of the Dolomites of Sesto into a purely enjoyable experience for everybody from beginners to experts alike.

From the slopes at Sesto, you can admire the view of the "Tre Cime di Lavaredo" meaning the three peaks of Lavaredo (also called the Drei Zinnen in German). The Tre Cime are perhaps the best most recognizable trio of peaks in the Dolomites, and certainly some of the most beautiful mountains!
The villages of Sesto, San Candido, Dobbiaco, Villabassa, and Braies are quiet and ideal for families. At the Croda Rossa, children are surrounded by giant snowmen and rain deer and feel like in a winter tale!

Kronplatz is a popular destination for skiers, with its majestic 2,275-meter (7,464') peak standing out from the surrounding mountains. On the top of a wooded area, along the south side of the Pusteria Valley, it offers a 360-degree panorama of the entire surroundings. In fact, the view from Kronplatz is one of the most beautiful in the Alps, and offers vistas across all points of the compass: from Austria’s Lienz Dolomites to the east, to Italy and Switzerland’s Ortler Group to the west, from the Dolomite’s Marmolada Massif to the south, and across the Puster Valley to the Zillertal Alps in the north. With 105 kilometers (65 miles) of pistes and more than 30 modern lifts, its slopes will take you towards Riscone (Brunico), San Vigilio di Marebbe, Valdaora, and Perca.

In the morning take a private transfer to Cortina.
Today you will discover the resort of Cortina d’Ampezzo with its 140km / 87 miles of slopes and 42 lifts, well-known all over the world also as host to the 1956 Winter Olympics. This area offers some of the most exhilarating and beautiful alpine ski runs in the world. Ski in the area of Faloria & Cristallo and taste the excitement of being completely surrounded in a Natural World Heritage location. Choose from 24 pistes (5 black runs, 11 red runs, 8 blue runs) with a total of 44km / 27,3 miles, several levels of difficulty but all with a stunning view over the Ampezzo Valley.
In the afternoon, take the connection lift from the slopes at Son dei Prade, Pocol to the Cinque Torri ski area, and reach your rifugio on skis.

Ski in the area of Cinque Torri, reach Passo Falzarego and take the Lagazuoi cable car, which arrives at an altitude of 2,800 meters (9,186') in just three minutes! Once you reach the top, stop to enjoy the breathtaking panorama from the terrace of the Rifugio Lagazuoi, famous throughout the world for its spectacular views of the Dolomite peaks. When you’re ready to descend, you’re in for a treat! The Armentarola slope unfolds along the foot of the imposing Fanes mountain, in an enchanting fairy-tale valley surrounded by majestic castles of rock and frozen waterfalls, making this magical descent an endless flow of thrills and surprises. And just like in the fairy-tales, the run ends with a horse-drawn lift from where you can reach the Alta Badia ski area and your hotel.

Corvara, Colfosco, La Villa, San Cassiano, Badia and La Val are the famous names of the towns of Alta Badia that represent the cradle of the Dolomites winter tourism. Alta Badia is located between 1,400 and 2,700 meters (4,593-8,858') above sea level and this altitude ensures optimal ski conditions throughout the winter, and offers breath-taking views of the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites. Fast and comfortable ski lift connections (53 total), miles of wide, well-groomed slopes (130km / 81 miles), and the spaciousness of the ski area allow you to enjoy pleasant and safe skiing days. Charming mountain huts and first class mountain restaurants round out the appeal, making Alta Badia a ski area for connoisseurs. You will have the opportunity to venture on the famous World Cup slope of Gran Risa or on the more relaxed slopes of Piz La Villa, Gardenaccia and Santa Croce.

The Sellaronda Ski Tour is one of the most fantastic spectacular ski tours in the world, circumnavigating the Sella Massif. Considered somewhat of a “merry-go-round” for intermediate level skiers, this unique circular connection of lifts and runs was once the only way the ancient inhabitants of the Ladin villages could maintain a connection with each other. Nowadays it’s a modern day carousel that connects four Dolomite passes and four Ladin valleys (Val Gardena, Alta Badia, Val di Fassa, and Arabba).
