As Brand & Digital Strategy Manager at Dolomite Mountains, Nicola has been part of the company’s journey since the very beginning, working side by side with Agustina through every stage of growth and evolution.
He oversees the development of the brand identity, digital strategy, and communication, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint while helping shape the company’s vision through innovation and creativity. His role combines strategic thinking with operational execution, spanning branding, design, digital tools, technology, and internal processes.
With a strong focus on storytelling and user experience, Nicola contributes to transforming ideas into meaningful experiences for both travelers and the internal team. He also collaborates closely with different departments and external partners to support the continuous evolution of the brand and its digital ecosystem.
Deeply inspired by nature and exploration, he finds balance between the mountains and the ocean, nurturing a passion for surfing, outdoor life, and creativity in all its forms — elements that continuously influence his vision and approach to brand building.
Fun fact: Nicola is also the person who created the Dolomite Mountains logo back in 2015 — a brand mark that has been growing together with the company ever since.
Creativity, for me, comes from movement — from the silence of the mountains, the energy of the ocean, and the freedom I find while surfing. These elements constantly inspire the way I think, create, and build experiences.
