After completing school, she made her departure to Milan to study modern literature at the Università degli Studi di Milano, and her passion for language and culture has never left. Back in Alta Badia, she spent years teaching at the middle school in La Villa and working at Hotel Travenanzes before joining the Dolomite Mountains team, drawn by the chance for flexibility and the opportunity to continue learning.

Veronica's curiosity has taken her far. India, Mongolia, Cuba, and the United States are among her highlights. She travels because she believes the best reason to see the world is to find yourself reflected in the stories of others. Her favorite challenge here at home is the Via Ferrata Tofana di Rozes, and although she's dreaming of Sicily for her next trip, she'll admit that even when asked to name a favorite place outside the Dolomites, the Fanes Alm keeps coming to mind, firmly maintaining its top place in her heart. When she's not working or exploring, you'll find Veronica catching up on the world's news with a bowl of pasta, naturally!
